Be Well Delivers Simple Solutions for Better Health, Beautifully

I love the simplicity of this book! Although I read it cover to cover in couple of hours, I will keep this book handy and just open to a page every day when I want to be reminded of a simple healing solution - knowing that the page I turn to is meant for ME on that day. As a clinical nutritionist who is passionate about health and wellness, this is one I will highly recommend to my clients. The author does a wonderful job of presenting many ways to put you on the path to better health without a lot of complex, unnecessary words. Thank you Jeniffer Legge for a nice, simple book that delivers an important message! Be Well.

I love the design of this book

Lovely little book of gems that both inspire and remind us to slow down a moment and listen to what our body and being needs, and that the simplest practice can be the most profound. I love the design of this book, with each healing practice presented separately, making it easy and fun to just flip open to a random page for a nurturing idea that is perfect for that very moment. As another reviewer shared, I will also be giving a copy to my 14 year old niece, what a great support this will be for her while moving through the teenage years and into adulthood.

A fun way to improve your health!

I love be well! It's a great book that you can either read all at once or pick a tip a day, week, or month to test out. Jeniffer has filled the book with such great ideas and writes each tip in a way that it is easy to apply. Makes a great family room/coffee table book!
